Istvan Kadar-Toth is the Engineering Director for Hungary at Well Health. Istvan has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various leadership positions during their career. Istvan has a strong background in software development and has experience leading teams of developers working on high-reliability embedded systems and products. Istvan is also experienced in teaching, coaching, and developing individuals and teams within an organization. In their current role, Istvan is responsible for ensuring technology leadership, scope, quality, and timeliness of software development projects. In this role, they were responsible for leading IT strategy, projects, support, and budgeting for the countries in HUSE. Istvan also led the CRM, BI, and Digital transformation solutions in The Cloud with astounding initial results. Before their time at Johnson & Johnson, Istvan worked as a Software Development Manager at Ericsson where they were responsible for building and leading software development teams working on high-reliability embedded systems and products.
