Joanna Zuo

Joanna Zuo started their work experience as an Audit & Accounting Intern at Kreischer Miller in 2013. Joanna then moved on to AstraZeneca in 2012 where they worked as a US Information Systems Intern. Joanna joined Vanguard in 2013 as a Business Systems Analyst Intern. At Vanguard, they held various roles including Technology Leadership Program, IT Chief of Staff, Product Manager, Program Manager, and Agile Scrum Lead. In 2018, they also served as a Board Member at SocialMedia.org. Currently, Joanna Zuo is the Director of Engineering Operations at Artera, starting in 2022.

Joanna Zuo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Villanova School of Business, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2014. In addition, Joanna has obtained certifications in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager.
