Nicole Ossey

Nicole Ossey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nicole began their career as a Camp Staff at Camp Mataponi in 2009. Nicole then worked as a Customer Relationship Specialist at Knowledge Universe from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Nicole joined VonChurch as a Mobile Advertising Recruiter and gradually took on more responsibilities, eventually becoming the Director of Talent & HR. Their role involved identifying recruits, managing the hiring process, onboarding new hires, and overseeing HR functions.

Following their tenure at VonChurch, Nicole joined Fond in 2015 as the Director of Talent & HR. Here, they successfully led recruiting efforts for various departments, managed HR processes, and played a vital role in shaping the company culture. Nicole worked at Fond until April 2018.

From 2017 to 2019, Nicole took a break from the corporate world to travel as a Traveler with World Traveler.

Most recently, Nicole worked at Knock as the VP People & Culture from January 2019 to March 2023. In this role, they played a crucial part in scaling the company from 30 to 185 employees and building a strong team of people professionals focused on talent acquisition, HR, and office management.

Nicole is currently employed as the VP People at Artera, a position they have held since August 2023.

Nicole Ossey attended the University of Oregon from 2005 to 2010, where they studied Sociology. In 2007, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at the Athens Centre.
