Becca Lindsey

Becca Lindsey, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of a Member at Chief since June 2022. Prior to this, Becca served as the Vice President of Human Resources at ARTERIORS Home, starting in September 2021. Before their role as Vice President, they held various positions within the company, including Director of Human Resources, HR Manager, and Senior HR Generalist, from November 2017 to September 2021, January 2015 to November 2017, and February 2013 to January 2015, respectively.

Before their time at ARTERIORS Home, Becca worked at Dave & Buster's as a Regional HR Representative from August 2009 to July 2012. Prior to that, they served as an HR Coordinator/Recruiter at Red Ventures from December 2007 to February 2009. Their early career began at T-Mobile, where they worked as Retail/Employee Relations from September 2000 to December 2007.

Becca Lindsey, SPHR, holds a Master's degree in HR Management from The University of Texas at Arlington. Becca completed this program from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the same university, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Becca Lindsey has obtained two certifications: the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014.
