Del Rollo

Del Rollo has extensive work experience in the wine industry, having worked for multiple companies and holding various roles. Del started their career in 2000 at Arterra Wines Canada, where they held positions such as Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Senior Director of Industry and Estates. During their time at Arterra, they led the government and industry relations practice and represented the company on key industry trade associations. Del Rollo also served on the boards of Wine Growers Canada and Food and Beverage Canada. In 2017, they became the Chair of the Board of Directors for Wine Growers Ontario and the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Food and Beverage Ontario. In 2018, Del Rollo joined the College Employer Council as a Board Member and took on the role of Chair of the Board of Governors at Niagara College in 2020. Del was also the Vice Chair of the Board at Niagara College from 2018 to 2020. In their previous roles at Constellation Brands and Vincor Canada, Del Rollo was responsible for the visitor experiences and retail operations of several estate wineries, managing a large team and ensuring excellent customer service.

Del Rollo has attended Toronto Metropolitan University, though no specific degree or field of study is provided. From 1990 to 1994, Del attended Ryerson University, focusing on Hospitality and Tourism. Prior to this, Del attended E L Crossley from 1985 to 1989. Moreover, Del has obtained certification in "Implementing Winning Strategies" from Columbia Business School in 2019 and is also a certified Sommelier from George Brown, although the specific year is unknown.
