Gillian Muir currently serves as the Manager of Training and Operations at Arterra Wines Canada since March 2021, following a tenure as Area Manager for Wine Rack from January 2012 to March 2021. Prior to these roles, Gillian managed at Wine Rack for a year and held a managerial position at Moxie's Classic Grill from November 2007 to January 2011. Educational accomplishments include a Certificate in Adult Education and Training from the Canadian College of Educators (2019), an Advanced Wine and Spirits Level 3 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (2015), and Wine Fundamentals Levels 1 and 2 from the International Sommelier Guild (2007-2009).
