Ruth Lenaerts

Ruth Lenaerts has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2011, starting as an HR Officer at Kautex Textron. Ruth then moved on to roles as HR Assistant at Alro Group and Budgetslager NV before taking on their current role as HR Manager at ARTE nv. Ruth obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from XIOS Hogeschool Limburg in 2006 and went on to earn their Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Human Resources Management from KU Leuven in 2008. In 2013, Ruth furthered their education at HUB-EHSAL.
