Dipal Patel is currently serving as M&A Director at Artex Risk Solutions since May 2023. Prior experience includes holding the position of Strategy & Corporate Development Director at Charles Taylor from April 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities encompassed strategic reviews, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance within a global insurance services context. Previously, Dipal served as M&A Manager at IWG plc, responsible for identifying acquisition targets, and as Lead Advisory at Grant Thornton LLP, focusing on mid-market acquisition advisories. Additional experience includes an M&A Associate role at DC Advisory and a Senior Associate role at PwC within Banking & Capital Markets. Dipal holds an ACA from ICAEW and a Master of Science in Statistics from UCL, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from UCL.
