Alice Phillimore

Alice Phillimore has over 18 years of experience in the art industry. Alice began their career in 2002 as a Gallery Intern at Beatrice Royal Contemporary Art and Craft Gallery in Hampshire. In 2005, they moved to Aspex Gallery as a Gallery Internship. From 2008 to 2014, they were the Gallery Manager and Press Officer at Jonathan Cooper Park Walk Gallery. Alice then moved to GX Gallery in 2014, where they held the role of Gallery Manager. In 2017, they established their own art consultancy business, Alice Phillimore Art Consultancy, and in 2018 they became the Lead Curator at Artfinder.

Alice Phillimore attended University of Nottingham from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their BA (Hons) Art History in Art History, Criticism and Conservation. Alice then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Arts Policy and Management at Birkbeck, University of London, graduating in 2014. In 2019, they took a course in Art Handling and Installation at University of the Arts London.
