Milena Berman

Milena Berman has been working in arts and culture for over a decade. After studying art history as an undergraduate, she went on to work at dOCUMENTA(13) in Kassel, Germany where her maternal family is from and where her interest for contemporary art took root having attended every rendition of the documenta since childhood. Her experience over the past decade includes working for a private collection in San Francisco and for a commercial gallery in Napa Valley before beginning in cultural travel. Since 2013 Milena has specialised in organizing and accompanying travel programs for cultural philanthropy groups, especially museum institutions, and has led trips all over the world.

Milena lives in Burgundy, France and is completing her Master's thesis on private art foundations in France with the Sotheby's Institute of Art. She speaks German, French, Spanish and English.
