Kaitlin Nemeth

Kaitlin Nemeth has held the position of Director, Resident Experience at Beam Living since July 2011, progressing through various roles that include Resident Services Representative, Pest Control Liaison, Project Manager, Manager, Resident Relations, and Senior Manager, Resident Relations. In addition, Kaitlin has extensive experience in stage management, having worked on multiple productions at New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study from 2013 to 2022, including significant works such as "Mr. Burns: A Post-Electric Play" and "The Crucible." Kaitlin also served as Production Manager for the Nasty Women Unite Fest and as Production Stage Manager for Project Y Theatre Company's "In the Line." Educational background includes a BA from Muhlenberg College and study at Tel Aviv University.
