Victoria (Vic) Woo, Ph.D., is a seasoned academic and industry leader with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable systems. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Stanford University, Victoria teaches core marketing concepts and mentors project teams. Victoria also holds the position of Director at INSEAD's San Francisco Hub, focusing on executive education engagement and brand recognition in the Americas. As a Board Member for the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute and Artful, Victoria advocates for sustainability and creative leadership. In previous roles, Victoria founded Human Catalyst, served as Chief Thriving Officer at Kissaah, and directed corporate learning initiatives at Harvard Business School Publishing. Victoria's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Designing Sustainable Systems from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Post Doctoral Research Fellowship in Human Resources Management.
