Reuben Abraham

Reuben Abraham serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Artha Global, a policy research and consulting organization focused on state capacity, since April 2022. In addition to this role, Reuben is a Senior Fellow at the NYU Marron Institute of Urban Management and an Investment Committee Member at Endiya Partners, where the focus is on early-stage tech investments. Reuben holds advisory positions with the Government of UAE's International Advisory Council, the Asia New Zealand Foundation, and Swiss Re, while also having served as Asia Fellow at the Milken Institute and CEO & Senior Fellow at IDFC Institute. Reuben's academic background includes a Ph.D., M.A., and M.Phil from Columbia University, which was completed between 1999 and 2005.
