Isha Apan

Isha Apan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, education, and advocacy. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Arthan, Isha also co-founded Hug Your Heart, which aims to address the emotional needs of students through creative outlets. Isha's prior experience includes mentoring roles at Claylab Education Foundation and serving on the selection review committee at Teach For India, where Isha screened numerous fellowship applications and mentored students in social sciences. Additional contributions include coordinating career awareness sessions for Desh Ke Mentor and conducting research internships focused on school governance. Isha has a strong educational foundation, holding multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Development Communication and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
