Janhvi Singh has extensive experience in strategic talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Manager of Strategic Talent Acquisition at Arthan since December 2022, having previously held roles as Senior Associate and Associate in the same department. Prior to Arthan, Janhvi worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Peepul and as a Fellow Recruiter at Teach For India, where responsibilities included coaching candidates and facilitating application support sessions. Janhvi also served as a Fellow at Teach For India, leading a classroom and implementing art-integrated education projects. Earlier internships in human resources at Teach For India and Pravah focused on employee well-being and onboarding processes.
