Kat Ridge

Kathryn Ridge is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the medical device industry and customer service. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Piedmont+ since July 2022, Kathryn previously held the same title at SouthTech Orthopedics, Inc. from March 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing operational functionality and supporting sales teams. Earlier roles included Operations Manager and Sales Operations Support Specialist at SouthTech Orthopedics, as well as Service Receptionist at Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh, and Assistant Manager at The Gingham Patch. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, earned between 2010 and 2013.
