Mindi Marshall

Mindi Marshall has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel management. Mindi has served in various managerial positions at different companies throughout their career. Starting in 2006, Mindi worked for Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group, where they held roles such as Assistant Banquet Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, Banquet Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. In 2018, they joined White Lodging Services as the Dual AGM for Aloft and Element Austin, and later became the Dual General Manager for Aloft and Element Austin Downtown. Mindi then moved on to work as the General Manager for South Congress Hotel in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Area Managing Director at New Waterloo, starting in 2023.

Mindi Marshall obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana Tech University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Following this, they pursued an associate degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Culinary Institute, completing their studies in 2004.
