Jason Boulware

Jason Boulware is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the medical sales industry. Since joining Arthrex in July 2007, Jason has held various leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director of Sales for the Eastern US and Canada. Under Jason's management, the South Atlantic region has seen significant performance improvements, including three consecutive years of growth from FY14 to FY16. Notable achievements include being named Rookie of the Year and Executive of the Year at Arthrex, along with multiple awards recognizing top sales performance. Prior to Arthrex, Jason worked as a Territory Sales Manager at ESAB, where Jason was honored as the South East Region Equipment Salesman of the Year in 2006, and held a branch management position at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University.
