Lester Sconyers Sr.

Lester Sconyers Sr., MSOM, is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in manufacturing and production. Currently serving as Sr. Project Manager II in Operations Excellence at Arthrex since July 2016, Lester has also held roles as Operations Manager and Manufacturing Supervisor within the company. Previous experience includes leadership positions at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, Georgia-Pacific LLC, Wright Medical Technology, A. Schulman, Inc., Bruce Hardwood Floors, and BSH Home Appliances, where notable achievements include overseeing multiple assembly lines, creating budgeting frameworks, and implementing process improvements. Lester holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mount Olive, and an Associate degree in Machinist from Craven Community College.
