Michael Boose

Michael Boose possesses extensive experience in human resources, notably serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Arthrex from October 2009 to September 2014. In this role, Michael oversaw Employee Relations and Technical Manufacturing training across multiple sites within Southwest Florida. Previous positions include Corporate Human Resources Manager at Bodine Environmental Services and Human Resources Manager roles at The GSI Group and Case New Holland. Michael began a career in human resources as an Employee and Labor Relations Representative at ADM. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between January 1982 and January 1986.
