Mike Osmian

Mike Osmian, CSPO®, is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in IT and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as Program Manager in the IT PMO at Arthrex since August 2023, Mike leads strategic initiatives focused on SAP Next-Gen Supply Chain Planning. Previously, as Senior Project Manager at EXPERIS IT SERVICES US, LLC, Mike delivered cloud-native Price Optimization and Management solutions across various industries. Mike's extensive tenure at 3M spanned over two decades, advancing through roles such as IT Manager and Product Owner, overseeing global Go-To-Market solutions and managing significant optimization projects. With a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from La Salle University and multiple Master's degrees in Computer Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, Mike combines technical expertise with a solid foundation in finance.
