Santiago Oliveros Baena

Santiago Oliveros Baena has extensive experience in medical education and operations, currently serving as Manager of Medical Education Operations for Latin America & Caribbean at Arthrex since July 2015, with prior roles including Supervisor and Specialist in the same department. Prior to Arthrex, Santiago worked as Franchise Training Manager at Dunkin' Brands, where responsibilities included promoting professional development and managing operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Coordinator at Artistone, Inc., where office services and procedures were organized. Santiago holds an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics from Florida Gulf Coast University, expected in December 2023, and a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from the same institution, completed in 2017. A high school diploma was earned at Palmetto Ridge High School in 2013.
