Tessa Dimare

Tessa DiMare is an Organizational Change Management Coordinator at Arthrex since May 2024, focusing on communication, training, and awareness campaigns to support change management initiatives. Previously, Tessa served as an Organizational Change Management Intern for the American Marketing Association, where responsibilities included founding a research department and collaborating with a team on data analysis and outreach efforts. Additional experiences include a Front Desk Assistant role at the University of Tampa, a Beauty Advisor position at Ulta Beauty, and a Marketing Assistant role at Global Zen Life Jewelry. Tessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Data Analytics at Florida Gulf Coast University.
