Favia Butler

Favia Butler is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in treasury and financial management. Currently serving as Director of Accounting & Treasury at the Arthritis Foundation since November 2017, Favia Butler oversees treasury functions, cash management, revenue recognition, and corporate reporting, while supervising staff accountants. Prior to this role, Favia Butler held positions at Morehouse School of Medicine, where responsibilities included financial reporting and complex reconciliations, and at Ivan Allen Workspace, focusing on bank reconciliations and financial statement analysis. Favia Butler began an accounting career at Pinecrest Developmental Center, overseeing inventory control operations. Favia Butler holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Louisiana Monroe and completed studies at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
