Twana Goodloe, SHRM-CP, PHR, MBA, has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Payroll, HR Systems, and Risk Management at the Arthritis Foundation since September 2022. In this role, Twana leads HR systems, benefits administration, and payroll for over 200 employees nationwide, while overseeing vendor relationships with various insurance and benefits providers. Twana’s previous tenure at the Arthritis Foundation spanned nearly three decades, during which key positions included HR Information Systems Director, Employment & HRIS Manager, Benefits & HRIS Manager, and Human Resources & Benefits Specialist. Twana's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University of North Alabama.
