Jens Pauli

Jens Pauli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and strategic project execution. Currently serving as a Manager at Arthur D. Little since December 2024, Jens previously held various positions, including Gründer von wine_collective and Manager at AVENCORE, where leadership was demonstrated in over 15 international projects focused on supply chain strategies and operational improvements. Earlier roles included a Project Manager position at Urgo Medical, overseeing digital initiatives in healthcare, and a Working Student role in Investor Relations at MTU Aero Engines, where market analysis and digital strategies were key contributions. Jens holds a Master of Science in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich, complemented by international experience from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
