Paul Clarke

Paul Clarke is the Director and Owner of JamPac Health Informatics Management Consulting, offering management consulting and advisory services in health and bioinformatics since 2001. Alongside this, Paul holds esteemed roles as a Fellow at the Australasian Institute of Digital Health and as a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society. Current contributions include serving on the ICT Assurance Expert Review Panel for the NSW Government and providing specialist advice on genomics and high-performance computing informatics with Arthur D. Little. Additionally, Paul acts as a Digital Health and Bioinformatics Specialist Adviser at QIC and a Health Informatics Adviser for Klarrio Asia Pacific. Previous notable positions include Health Informatics Principal Consultant at Telstra Health and Strategic Adviser at icare NSW. Paul completed education at the University of Sydney from 1974 to 1977.
