Xinlei Yu

Xinlei (Brian) Yu currently serves as a partner at Arthur D. Little since January 2023 and has held the title of partner at EY-Parthenon since August 2018. Previously, Xinlei (Brian) Yu was a global partner at Roland Berger from May 2012 to August 2018. Prior to this, experience includes a role in EMBU Diabetes Marketing at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on insulin marketing strategies for Mexico and Brazil in 2011, and a substantial tenure at GE Oil & Gas from 2003 to 2010, where Xinlei (Brian) Yu progressed from project manager to national key account manager. Significant achievements during this time included establishing key account cooperation strategies and negotiating major contracts. Xinlei (Brian) Yu holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, an MS in Marine Science from Newcastle University, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Beihang University.
