Rob Kubiak

Rob Kubiak is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in marketing, client success, and strategic problem-solving. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Arthur Elliott, Rob drives business development and manages growth initiatives. As a Creative Problem-Solving Strategist and public speaker, Rob shares insights on various topics, including the health benefits of reading and developing resilience. As President of The Kubiak Group, Rob oversees project management and strategic planning, while previous roles include Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Compeer of Greater Buffalo and Senior Marketing Manager at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University at Buffalo and a Master’s certificate in Creativity from Buffalo State University.
