Caroline Werner

Caroline Werner has been in the proposal writing/editing industry since 2011. Her most recent role was as a Sr. Proposal Manager/Writer at Arthur Grand Technologies, beginning in 2023. Prior to that, they were an Independent Consultant from 2016-2023. From 2014-2016, they were a Sr. Proposal Writer at LGS Innovations, where they wrote, edited, reviewed RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other proposal related documentation. Caroline also researched for content and interviewed subject matter experts as necessary. From 2011-2014, they were a Government and IT Consultant at Unisys, where they worked in their Proposal Development Center (PDC) and responded to RFPs, RFQs, and RFI's.

Caroline Werner earned a Certificate in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Business School, with a focus on Business Management. Caroline also attended Northern Virginia Community College and studied English Language and Literature, General. Caroline additionally holds a certification from Northern Virginia Business School.
