Mohamed Mukthar

Mohamed Mukthar has worked in the Human Resources field since 2015. Mohamed began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Human Resources Associate and System Engineer. In 2019, they joined Arthur Grand Technologies as the HR & Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with central, state, and local laws related to employment, implementing and managing an effective performance management process, joining formalities and documentation of new hires, payroll processing, handling data for per diem pay, leave management, internal HR systems, and back-end management. Mohamed also had expertise in filing H1B visas. Additionally, they tracked and maintained metrics related to performance management and employee recognition.

Mohamed Mukthar obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Anna University between 2010 and 2014. Mohamed then obtained four certifications from IBM and Oracle in 2015, including Big Data - Programming, Big Data Foundations, Big Data Hadoop Foundations, and Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert.
