Steve Jackson (Nafeez)

Steve Jackson has worked in the staffing and technology consulting industry for the past six years. From 2014 to 2018, they worked for VDart Software Services Pvt Ltd as the Team Lead - Talent Acquisition. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, screening and short listing resumes from different portals, interacting with clients via email to schedule interviews with candidates, sourcing profiles from the existing internal database/job portals, evaluating candidates and short listing them through telephonic interviews, interacting with candidates/clients for getting interview feedback, following up with the candidate and the client to confirm a smooth transition, and ensuring all reporting is updated accurately. In 2018, they moved to Arthur Grand Technologies as a Team Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for helping the company become a National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Steve also helped the company double its revenue year over year for the past six years.

Steve Jackson received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Thiruvalluvar University between 2008 and 2011. Steve also attended St Johns Vestry.
