Charlie Isaacs

Charlie Isaacs serves as the Regional President for the West Region at Gallagher since July 2014, with previous roles including President of the Northwest Region and Area President. Professional passions include developing high-performing teams, building culture, and serving clients. Prior to Gallagher, Charlie was the CEO of Navix Marketplace, overseeing the innovative design and implementation of a health exchange platform, and co-founded Westlake Benefits Group as Managing Partner. Previous positions at Mercer and The Hartford involved senior consulting and account executive responsibilities, respectively. Educational credentials include a degree from Gonzaga University and an executive program from Harvard Business School.
