Craig started their career in 1992 with RSA, where they held various roles such as Business Analyst and Technical Underwriter. As a Business Analyst, they were responsible for managing the development of system product design, testing and release management, and implementation of ongoing changes. Craig also managed relationships with internal experts, third-party providers, and end customers. In their role as a Technical Underwriter, they provided underwriting training, made underwriting decisions on complex risks, and held customer-facing roles.
