Deborah Freeland

Deborah Freeland is a seasoned professional in the insurance and risk management industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Arthur J. Gallagher since October 1997. Prior to this role, Deborah held positions at Marsh as Regional Manager for Engineering and at Johnson & Higgins as Vice President and Regional Manager for Engineering, both from 1985 to 1997. Early career experience includes working as an HPR Engineer at Kemper Insurance from 1980 to 1985. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Biochemistry from the University of Washington (1977-1980) and an Associate of Arts degree in Chemistry from Cottey College (1975-1977).
