Jay Appell

Jay Appell currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global Data Loss Prevention at Gallagher since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Manager of CASB/DLP at ECS from 2021 until November 2023. Jay has also worked as a Senior System and Sales Engineer at Cofense for a brief period in 2021 and served as a Senior Security Engineer/CISO Advisor at Brink’s Inc. from April 2018 to April 2021. Earlier in Jay's career, from October 2013 to January 2019, Jay was a Professional Services Consultant Instructor at McAfee, where extensive education was provided to thousands of customers globally. Jay has experience with various technologies including Cofense, Thales, Darktrace, McAfee, and Carbon Black.
