Jeff Lascala

Jeff LaScala is a seasoned insurance executive currently serving as Area Executive Vice President at Gallagher since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of President at General Southwest Insurance Agency, Inc. from January 2022 to October 2023, and at The Coverage Pro from January 2020 to October 2023, specializing in personal and commercial insurance. Jeff's earlier experience includes serving as Commercial Sales Manager at AAA of Arizona from January 2012 to December 2019, and as President of SunState Insurance Agency from January 1995 to January 2012, where leadership began in 2001. Jeff LaScala holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Grand Canyon University, along with education from Arizona State University, Bourgade, and St. Mary’s High School.
