Jim Stellaci

Jim Stellaci serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy at Gallagher Specialty Programs since December 2020. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Vice President of Strategic Operations at Gallagher Affinity - Specialty Insurance Programs from January 2018 to December 2020 and was the Business Analysis Manager at MGA Insurance Group from October 2009 to January 2018. With a career spanning over two decades, Jim is a solutions-oriented business analyst with extensive experience in decision analytics across Financial Services, IT Services, and Insurance industries. Proficient in risk analysis, trend forecasting, budgeting, and profitability estimation, Jim has also held roles at FIMC as Director of Decision Support and at IBM as a Staff Accountant. Educational qualifications include a BS in Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of South Florida, along with ongoing professional development in marketing.
