Kaitie Crouch

Kaitie Crouch has extensive experience in sales effectiveness and strategic program management. Currently serving as the Global GBS Lead for Sales Velocity & WIN Field Engagement at Gallagher since February 2021, Kaitie focuses on empowering sales leaders and optimizing the use of critical sales tools, such as Salesforce. Previous roles include Sales Velocity Leader and Divisional Sales Program Manager, where Kaitie improved internal team performance, launched revenue-generating sales programs, and drove strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Nutrition Coordinator role at Weber Elementary School and an internship at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where Kaitie engaged in various aspects of the sales process. Kaitie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa.
