Kris Elliott

Kris Elliott is a seasoned professional in implementation and technology, currently serving as Principal and Head of Implementation & Technology at Gallagher since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kris held similar positions at Buck from August 2018 to July 2024 and Conduent HR Services from July 2017 to August 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing a large team and managing technology and infrastructure for the UK Outsourcing business. Kris also served in various capacities at Conduent and Xerox, demonstrating a strong track record in implementation and system support across multiple sectors, including pensions and benefits. Kris began a career in implementation analysis at Towers Perrin UK from 2000 to 2005. Education was completed at Mangotsfield School from 1989 to 1994.
