Lola Thake

Lola Thake is an experienced organizational development leader with a strong background in the insurance and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Organizational Development at Gallagher since January 2019, Lola has previously held significant roles such as Vice President Personal Insurance at Pearson Dunn Insurance and Director of Education at IBAO. With expertise in managing training programs and staff development, Lola has also contributed to client relations and sales support at various organizations, including Manulife Financial and Zurich Canada. Lola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Psychology from Brock University.
