Mark Childs

Mark Childs is an experienced professional currently serving as a Board Trustee for the Compass plc Pension Scheme and a Trustee for UCCF: The Christian Unions. Since 2021, Mark has been the Director of CAYENNE CONSULTING LIMITED and has held the position of Founder Director at Gallagher since 2020. Additionally, Mark chairs the Board of Trustees for Kinetic Network and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Go Chatter Media, while also being the Chairman of Remnant Property Group. Previously, Mark was the Managing Director of Total Reward Group, which is now part of Gallagher, and held roles at Chubb and CIPD. Mark holds a degree from the University of Kent, achieved between October 1983 and June 1986.
