Michael Boldt

Michael Boldt is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in risk management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Regional Director of the Senior Living Practice at Gallagher since April 2020, Michael aims to establish a strong presence in the Nursing and Care industry. Prior to this role, Michael founded Boldt Risk Management Solutions in 2006 and held positions including Senior Safety Consultant at Carewest Insurance and Director of Risk Management at Robinson, Grinevich & Associates. Michael's career also encompasses experience as an Assistant Administrator at Community Care Center and a Senior Process Consultant at Andersen Consulting, where work involved SAP and various high-profile clients. Michael began career as a software testing intern at IBM and served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
