Michael Rea

Michael Rea is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive of the UK Division and UK Retail Division at Gallagher since September 2015, Michael has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the International Division. Prior to Gallagher, Michael was with Towergate Insurance from October 2011 to April 2015, where roles included Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer for both the Insurance Broking and Retail Divisions. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at Cullum Capital Ventures and various leadership positions at Towergate Insurance, RBS Insurance, and Churchill Insurance, where responsibilities ranged from managing director to finance director.
