Scot Marcotte

Scot Marcotte currently serves as the Product Lead for HR & Compensation Consulting at Gallagher since January 2024, focusing on the innovation and delivery of consulting products in this domain. Previously, Scot was the Chief Technology Officer at Buck from August 2018 to December 2023, leading a global team to address HR needs for numerous clients. Prior to that, Scot held the position of Client Technology Leader for HR Services at Conduent from March 2011 to August 2018, overseeing solutions for talent planning and engagement for over 300 clients. Scot's earlier experience includes roles as Principal at Buck Consultants and Engagement Leader at ADP, as well as serving as a Consultant at Mercer. Scot earned a BS in Industrial Engineering & Management Science from Northwestern University between 1986 and 1990.
