Emmanuel Massy

Emmanuel Massy serves as the Directeur général at Arthur Loyd since November 2020. Previously, Emmanuel held the position of COO Europe at Hana Group from February 2017 to June 2020, overseeing a network of 450 Asian food kiosks across nine European countries. Before that, Emmanuel was the VP Operations France at Boulangeries PAUL, managing 385 outlets and a workforce of 4,500 while generating revenue of €390 million. Emmanuel's extensive experience includes roles as VP Operations at Transgourmet, Independent Consultant, VP Global Sales & Latam Ops at Catering International & Services, VP Operations & Development for Railway Concessions at Elior, International Project Director and VP Remote Sites Canada at Sodexo, and various positions at Universal Sodexho and Sodexho Nigeria. Emmanuel holds a DEUG in Economics from ASSAS - Paris 2 and education from EDHEC Business School.
