Onusa Chantanapongwanij

Dr. Onusa Chantanapongwanij has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and investment sectors. Onusa is the Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer at Artia Global Partners LP since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Managing Director - Equity Analyst at Jennison Associates LLC from 2020 to 2022, where they focused on global healthcare investment opportunities. From 2018 to 2020, Dr. Chantanapongwanij served as a Global Equity Analyst - Healthcare at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC, specializing in biotech and pharma subsectors. Before that, they were a Senior Equity Research Associate at Morgan Stanley from 2015 to 2018, covering U.S. major and specialty pharmaceuticals. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Vice President, Equity Research at Barclays from 2013 to 2015.

Dr. Chantanapongwanij has also gained experience in the healthcare industry, serving as a Physician at Samitivej Hospital from 2009 to 2011. Onusa further developed their expertise through their participation in the Merck Serono Innovation Cup at Merck Group in 2013, where they worked on a global team to develop a novel product business plan. Onusa also worked as an Equity Analyst at Trinity Securities Group from 2010 to 2011.

Dr. Chantanapongwanij holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, where they were a candidate from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Associate at Credit Suisse in 2012, where they identified investment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific healthcare sector.

Onusa Chantanapongwanij, MD MBA, obtained their MD degree in Medicine from Chulalongkorn University in 2008. Onusa then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Finance from the same university in 2010. In 2011 to 2013, Onusa attended Harvard Business School and completed their MBA. In 2020, they attended the University of Washington for the Summer Institute in Statistics for Clinical and Epidemiological Research. Additionally, Onusa holds certifications in Biostatistics from the University of Washington, Cardiology from Harvard Medical School, Aviation Medicine from the Royal Thai Air Force, and Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 from FINRA.
