Trevor Heitz

Trevor Heitz is a highly experienced professional in asset management, currently serving as Senior Director of Asset Management at Article Student Living since November 2023. Prior to this role, Trevor held the position of Director of Asset Management for Student Housing at CA Ventures from March 2021 to November 2023. Trevor's extensive background in asset management includes various roles at Ventas, Inc., where positions ranged from Financial Analyst to Manager in the Asset Management department from January 2016 to February 2021. Trevor began a career in finance as a Sales Finance Analyst at Humana from March 2014 to January 2016, and earlier experience includes internships at Abbott and Village Roadshow.
