Michał Konopacki

Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha contributed to decentralized energy solutions. Micha has also played significant roles as Chief Technology Officer and Foundation Board member at Share&Charge, a Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council, and provided advisory services at PioneerVentures.io. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a Fintech program from MIT.
