Robert Polkowski

Robert Polkowski is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur with a strong background in transformation, change, and innovation management. As the Principal Consultant at Hail Consulting since January 2020, Robert provides consulting services to Fortune 100 companies in the Financial Services and Life Sciences sectors. In addition, Robert is the Founder and CEO of Artificial Cognition, Inc., focusing on strategic planning and execution in the artificial intelligence MedTech space. Previously, Robert held roles at MassMutual Financial Group, where as Innovation Strategy Leader, developed an innovation framework for a technology-focused redesign, and as Transformation Manager, led a multi-year effectiveness program with significant sustainable benefits. Early career experience includes a Senior KM Manager position at Perkins Eastman Architects, where Robert oversaw programs enhancing organizational effectiveness in a global architecture firm. Robert holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Philosophy and English from Hunter College.
